Traci Heindorf

Operations Director

Traci has spent her whole life serving others. From age 16, she was volunteering in her church teaching Sunday School, leading youth, and even directing the Christmas pageant and children’s choir.

After earning two Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing and Business Management, she spent several years in the corporate world specializing in marketing and event management before God led her to become a stay-at-home mom and homeschool her children, which she has been doing now for over 16 years.

After marrying her husband, Rob, and beginning to raise their kids, Traci felt a calling in 2015 to serve children in need. Together they attended an orientation on fostering, and decided, “We cannot change the world, but we can improve the world for at least one child.” Since that day, they have loved and cared for numerous children and adopted twins.

As part of Florida 1.27, Traci keeps the team organized and on track, helping everyone move forward to accomplish the mission.

Outside of work, Traci loves to travel, be out in nature with God, spend time with family, and read. She and Rob have four children.
