Learn how to care for vulnerable kids and their families through a step-by-step model called Family Advocacy Ministries (FAMs). FAMs create much-needed support for foster & adoptive families and biological families in crisis. During this Clinic, we’ll equip you on how to build and lead a successful FAM, with a focus on developing Care Communities to support foster, adoptive, and biological families, within your local church so you can help provide what vulnerable children need most––strong families.
Leaders of a FAM are called Advocates. Learn more about becoming an Advocate by clicking the link below to watch a video and learn how to attend a FAM Care Community Clinic.
Registration for this event closes on Sunday, April 28th at 11pm ET

Florida 1.27 and the Pearl Project are excited to be partnering to bring you this hands-on Introduction to TBRI® for caregivers, professionals and volunteers who serve children.
TBRI® is an intervention for caregivers of children who have faced abuse, neglect, and/or other trauma. This introduction course is delivered in-person by approved practitioners using an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach.
TBRI aims to provide parents and caregivers with the tools needed to meet the needs of these children. The training emphasizes three core principles: (1) TBRI Connecting Principles, which focus on building trust and positive relationships between caregivers and children; (2) TBRI Empowering Principles, which focus on addressing children’s physical and environmental needs and building children’s self-regulation skills; and (3) TBRI Correcting Principles, which focus on building children’s social competencies.
